Over the last two decades, the state of Gujarat has emerged as a frontrunner in bolstering its public health infrastructure, showcasing a commitment from the government to provide high-quality medical services across all regions. The recently unveiled 2023-24 state budget underscores this commitment, with healthcare receiving a substantial allocation of Rs 15,182 crore, a notable increase from the previous year.
